Device Key Set definition

Device Key Set means Device Keys which are provided to Adopter by AACS LA or its designee for use in a specific device or set of devices.

Device Key Set means a set of Device Keys provided to a Fellow Adopter by Licensor or its designee for use in a Licensed Product or Licensed Component. Device Key Sets are required in order for Licensed Products to operate.

Examples of Device Key Set in a sentence

  • If an instance of a Licensed Product has had its Device Key Set Expired before successful Proactive Renewal, Adopter may thereafter deliver to such Licensed Product a Periodic Update that replaces the Device Key Set.

  • A Licensed Product may implement Proactive Renewal only if the Licensed Product is capable of receiving Periodic Updates, including after a Shared Device Key Set has been Expired in accordance with Section [9] of the Adopter Agreement.

  • Adopter may seek Revocation of a KSV associated with any Device Key Set issued to Adopter hereunder by providing to Licensor proof in a sworn affidavit (the “Adopter Affidavit”) of any of the facts relating to any particular Device Keys Set issued to Adopter hereunder that would warrant Revocation of the KSV associated therewith and satisfy the Revocation Criteria.

  • The legal standard for revocation, which echoes those of DTCP and HDCP, is triggered where: (a) a Device Key Set has been cloned and found in more than one device (other than legitimate key sharing between limited numbers of devices and software); (b) a Device Key Set has been lost, stolen, intercepted, misdirected or made public or disclosed; or (c) revocation is required by court order or other government authority.

  • In the event a 4C Device Key Set is Expired, Red Laser Adopter shall provide clear information to the end user indicating that renewal is necessary and describing the necessary steps to perform the update.

  • The legal standard for revocation also mirrors DTCP in that it may only be imposed where: (a) a Device Key Set associated with a Key Selection Vector have been cloned and found in more than one device; (b) a Device Key Set associated with a Key Selection Vector have been lost, stolen, intercepted, misdirected or made public or disclosed; or (c) revocation is required by court order or other government authority.

  • Module means specific portion of the Application Software designated as such in the Documentation made available to the Customer under the Notification Form.

  • Authority Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Authority, including software which is, or will be used by the Contractor for the purpose of providing the Services but excluding the Contractor Software.

  • Brand Name Specification means a specification limited to one or more items by manufacturers’ names or catalogue number.

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier or its Affiliates which is used or supplied by the Supplier in the provision of the Services; Supplier Staff means all persons employed or engaged by the Supplier together with the Supplier's servants, agents, suppliers, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, suppliers and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Contract; Time and Materials means the pricing mechanism for the Services as may be agreed by the Parties and set out at paragraph Error: Reference source not found in the SOW; TUPE means the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (SI 2006/246) as amended or replaced or any other regulations or UK legislation implementing the Acquired Rights Directive; Velocity means the Metric which measures the total number of Story Points for Stories that have been accepted in a Sprint, indicating the rate of progress towards Acceptance of all Stories from the Product Backlog;

  • Redistribution Software means the software described in Paragraph 4 (“Use of Redistribution Software”) below.

  • Machine gun means any firearm known as a machine gun,

  • Sampler means a person who is employed by or is an owner of a licensed laboratory, grower, or processor and is authorized by that employer to collect samples in accordance with the testing laboratory's standard operating procedures and these Rules.

  • Tyler Software means our proprietary software, including any integrations, custom modifications, and/or other related interfaces identified in the Investment Summary and licensed by us to you through this Agreement. • “we”, “us”, “our” and similar terms mean Xxxxx. • “you” and similar terms mean Client.

  • Company Software means Software owned or purported to be owned by or developed by or for the Company or any Company Subsidiary.

  • Single tomogram system means a CT x-ray system which obtains x-ray transmission data during a scan to produce a single tomogram.

  • Electronic device technology means any technology that involves microelectronics, semiconductors, electronic equipment, and instrumentation, radio frequency, microwave, and millimeter electronics; optical and optic-electrical devices; or data and digital communications and imaging devices.

  • Network Data Mover (NDM) or “Connect Direct” means the industry standard protocol for transferring information electrically.

  • NEC Electronics products means any product developed or manufactured by or for NEC Electronics (as defined above).

  • SAP Group Software means (i) any and all software products listed on the Price List as well as any SAP SDK which are provided by SAP or any other member of the SAP Group to Partner or to an End User (either directly or indirectly via Partner) under any part of this Agreement all as developed by or for the SAP Group; (ii) any new releases, updates or versions thereof made available through unrestricted shipment pursuant to Maintenance Services or warranty obligation by any member of the SAP Group; and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.

  • Application Software means Software formulated to perform specific business or technical functions and interface with the business or technical users of the System and is identified as such in Appendix4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Application Software.

  • Program Parameter means, in respect of a program, the provincial standards (such as operational, financial or service standards and policies, operating manuals and program eligibility), directives, guidelines and expectations and requirements for that program;

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer;

  • Aerosol coating product means a pressurized coating product containing pigments or resins that dispenses product ingredients by means of a propellant, and is packaged in a disposable can for hand-held application, or for use in specialized equipment for ground traffic/marking applications.

  • Cartridge filter means a discrete filter unit containing one or more disposable cartridges that contain both filter paper and activated carbon which trap and remove contaminants from the cleaning solvent.

  • Kit means a set of components that are packaged together and intended to be used to perform a specific in vitro diagnostic examination, or a part thereof;
