DFC Contract definition

DFC Contract means the contract for the sale of real estate in any one of the DFC Communities which includes the developer that is related to DFC (Services) Pty Ltd ACN 089 081 667 as a party to that contract.
DFC Contract means the contract for the sale of a Lot in the DFC Community which includes the Buyer as the purchaser and the developer that is DFC (Services) Pty Ltd ACN 089 081 667 or one of its Related Entities as parties to that contract.
DFC Contract means the contract for the sale of a Lot in the DFC Community between the Buyer as the purchaser, the Promoter and the Vendor.

DFC Contract means the contract for the sale of a Lot in the DFC Community which includes the Buyer as the purchaser and the developer that is DF (Armstrong Creek) Developments Pty Ltd ACN 130 772 771 or one of its Related Entities as parties to that contract.
DFC Contract means the contract for the sale of a Lot in the DFC Community between the Buyer as the purchaser, DFC (Project Management) Pty Ltd as the Developer, and the following entities - Manor Lakes (Werribee) Pty Ltd and/or MG Pastoral Company Pty Ltd as the Vendors.

Related to DFC Contract

  • EPC Contract means the Seller’s engineering, procurement and construction contract with the EPC Contractor.
