Examples of DG Common Stock in a sentence

  • If shares of DG Common Stock are issued to Stockholder at the Closing in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the Permit, then such shares will be freely tradeable, subject to any restrictions imposed by this Agreement, the Lock-Up Agreement, Rules 144 and 145 promulgated under the Securities Act, and applicable state securities laws.

  • The Aggregate Share Amount of DG Common Stock to be issued to Stockholder at Closing, subject to the Lock-Up Agreement and the requirements of Section 2.3.
