Die Price definition

Die Price means for each Licensed Product sold in die form (A) the Adjusted Wafer Price divided by (B) the Minimum Wafer Yield (as set forth in Exhibit C-1 of the Wafer Supply Agreement). The Adjusted Wafer Price on which the Die Price is based excludes VAT and other similar applicable business taxes and fees.
