Digital Assets definition

Digital Assets means electronic files for which a fee has been paid that are downloaded and stored on home electronic equipment, computers or mobile phones. “Digital assets” does not include downloaded files pertaining to “your” “business”.
Digital Assets means a digital representation of value or rights which may be transferred and stored electronically, using distributed ledger technology or similar technology, including, but not limited to, cryptocurrencies, stablecoins, non-fungible tokens and tokenised derivatives of any other digital asset.
Digital Assets means a digital asset (also called a “cryptocurrency,” “virtual currency,” “digital currency,” or “digital commodity”) such as bitcoin, which is based on the cryptographic protocol of a computer network that may be (i) centralized or decentralized, (ii) closed or open-source, and (iii) used as a medium of exchange and/or store of value. Lender extends Trade Credits to Borrower in its sole discretion. Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalized terms used in this PTFA shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Coinbase Prime Broker Agreement.

Examples of Digital Assets in a sentence

  • You understand and acknowledge that Forks and the issuance of Airdropped Digital Assets may materially affect the value, function, and/or even the name of the cryptocurrencies you store in your Hosted Wallet(s).

  • You understand and acknowledge that Forked Networks and the available supply of any Forked Assets and Airdropped Digital Assets are wholly outside of the control of Zero Hash, and you further acknowledge that our ability to deliver Forked Assets resulting from a Forked Network and our ability to deliver Airdropped Digital Assets may depend on third-parties that are outside of our control and/or Zero Hash may choose to not support such Forked Assets or Airdropped Digital Assets.

  • Access Persons transacting in Digital Assets are required to disclose their coin-exchange accounts (“Digital Assets Accounts”)5 and obtain prior approval for Digital Asset transactions by submitting a pre-clearance request in iCompliance.

  • Coinbase Custody shall provide Client with a segregated custody account controlled and secured by Coinbase Custody (“Custodial Account”) to store certain Digital Assets supported by Coinbase Custody, on Client’s behalf (“Custodial Services”).

  • Coinbase Custody is a fiduciary under § 100 of the New York Banking Law and a qualified custodian for purposes of Rule 206(4)-2(d)(6) under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as amended, and is licensed to custody Client’s Digital Assets in trust on Client’s behalf.


More Definitions of Digital Assets

Digital Assets means any electronic data, including personally identifiable, non-public information, or computer software over which “You” have direct control or for which such control has been contractually assigned by “Your Organization” to a “Service Provider”. “Digital Assets” do not include computer hardware of any kind.
Digital Assets means tokens, cryptocurrencies, blockchain-based assets, and other digital assets based on a computer-generated cryptographic protocol.
Digital Assets means in respect of a Series of Notes, any Series Assets consisting of digital assets.
Digital Assets means software, programs, your personal electronic data, digital photos, digital music and digital video stored on your computer systems.
Digital Assets means digital assets, currencies, virtual currencies, tokens, coins, or securities held for Client under the terms of this Agreement.
Digital Assets means files stored on my digital devices, including but not limited to, desktops, laptops, tablets, peripherals, storage devices, mobile telephones, smartphones, and any similar digital device which currently exists or may exist as technology develops or such comparable items as technology develops, whether or not included in my probate estate. The term “Digital Assets” shall also include but is not limited to all emails, email accounts, digital music, digital photographs, digital videos, software licenses, social network accounts, file sharing accounts, financial accounts, usernames and passwords, domain registrations, DNS service accounts, web hosting accounts, tax preparation service accounts, online stores, affiliate programs, other online accounts and similar digital items which may currently exist or may exist as technology develops or such comparable items as technology develops, regardless of the ownership of the physical device upon which the digital item is stored, whether or not included in my probate estate.
Digital Assets means any denomination of cryptocurrencies, virtual currencies or other digital assets.
