Central Repository means the repository responsible for the receipt, consolidation, and retention of all information reported to the CAT pursuant to SEC Rule 613 and the CAT NMS Plan.
National Repository means any Nationally Recognized Municipal Securities Information Repository for purposes of the Rule.
Repository means each National Repository and each State Repository.
WOSB Program Repository means a secure, Web-based application that collects, stores, and disseminates documents to the contracting community and SBA, which verify the eligibility of a business concern for a contract to be awarded under the WOSB Program.
State Repository means any public or private repository or entity as may be designated by the State as a state information depository for the purpose of the Rule. As of the date of this Disclosure Agreement, there is no State Repository.
trade repository means a legal person that centrally collects and maintains the records of derivatives;
Fraud Monitoring System means an off-line administration system that monitors suspected occurrences of ABT- related fraud.
State Level Monitoring Cell means the body constituted by the State Government for the control and elimination of ragging in institutions within the jurisdiction of the State, established under a State Law or on the advice of the Central Government, as the case may be.
CREFC® Investor Reporting Package® shall have the meaning assigned to such term or an analogous term in the Servicing Agreement.
CREFC® Bond Level File The data file in the “CREFC® Bond Level File” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
CREFC® Investor Reporting Package (IRP) Collectively: (a) the following nine data files (and any other files as may be, or have been, adopted and promulgated by CREFC® as part of the CREFC® Investor Reporting Package (IRP) from time to time): (i) CREFC® Loan Setup File, (ii) CREFC® Loan Periodic Update File, (iii) CREFC® Property File, (iv) CREFC® Bond Level File, (v) CREFC® Financial File, (vi) CREFC® Collateral Summary File, (vii) CREFC® Special Servicer Loan File, (viii) CREFC® Special Servicer Property File and (ix) CREFC® Schedule AL File;
Database Management System (“DBMS”) is a computer process used to store, sort, manipulate and update the data required to provide Selective Routing and ALI.
CDS means CDS Clearing and Depository Services Inc.
Control system means a system for controlling the light output of a Luminaire, including:
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) indicator means a four-character suffix to the unique entity identifier. The suffix is assigned at the discretion of the commercial, nonprofit, or Government entity to establish additional System for Award Management records for identifying alternative EFT accounts (see subpart 32.11) for the same entity.
Electronic Subcontracting Reporting System (eSRS) means the Governmentwide, electronic, web-based system for small business subcontracting program reporting. The eSRS is located at http://www.esrs.gov.
CREFC® Website The CREFC®’s Website located at “xxx.xxxxx.xxx” or such other primary website as the CREFC® may establish for dissemination of its report forms.
Technical Report means a report prepared and filed in accordance with this Instrument and Form 43-101F1 Technical Report that includes, in summary form, all material scientific and technical information in respect of the subject property as of the effective date of the technical report; and
Project Management Report means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;
Monitoring System means a system established by BNY to fulfill the Responsibilities specified in clauses (d) and (e) of Section 1 of Article III of this Agreement.
Continuous parameter monitoring system or "CPMS" means all of the equipment necessary to meet the data acquisition and availability requirements of this chapter, to monitor process and control device operational parameters (for example, control device secondary voltages and electric currents) and other information (for example, gas flow rate, oxygen or carbon dioxide concentrations), and to record average operational parameter value on a continuous basis.
Beam monitoring system means a system designed and installed in the radiation head to detect and measure the radiation present in the useful beam.
Database Management System (DBMS) A system of manual procedures and computer programs used to create, store and update the data required to provide Selective Routing and/or Automatic Location Identification for 911 systems. Day: A calendar day unless otherwise specified. Dedicated Transport: UNE transmission path between one of CenturyLink’s Wire Centers or switches and another of CenturyLink’s Wire Centers or switches within the same LATA and State that are dedicated to a particular customer or carrier. Default: A Party’s violation of any material term or condition of the Agreement, or refusal or failure in any material respect to properly perform its obligations under this Agreement, including the failure to make any undisputed payment when due. A Party shall also be deemed in Default upon such Party’s insolvency or the initiation of bankruptcy or receivership proceedings by or against the Party or the failure to obtain or maintain any certification(s) or authorization(s) from the Commission which are necessary or appropriate for a Party to exchange traffic or order any service, facility or arrangement under this Agreement, or notice from the Party that it has ceased doing business in this State or receipt of publicly available information that signifies the Party is no longer doing business in this State.
Continuous monitoring system means the total equipment, required under the emission monitoring section in applicable subsections used to sample and condition (if applicable), to analyze, and to provide a permanent record of emissions or process parameters.
Network Data Mover (NDM) or “Connect Direct” means the industry standard protocol for transferring information electrically.
Individual monitoring devices means devices designed to be worn by a single individual for the assessment of dose equivalent. For purposes of these regulations, "personnel dosimeter" and "dosimeter" are equivalent terms. Examples of individual monitoring devices are film badges, thermoluminescent dosimeters (TLDs), pocket ionization chambers, optically stimulated luminescence (OSL) dosimeters and personal air sampling devices.
