Digital World definition

Digital World means Digital World Acquisition Corp., a Delaware corporation, which will be renamed “Trump Media & Technology Group Corp.” in connection with the Closing.
Digital World or "DWAC” means Digital World Acquisition Corp., a Delaware corporation, which has been renamed to "Trump Media & Technology Group Corp.” in connection with the Closing.
