Administrative Agent has received a Collateral and Diligence Questionnaire completed and executed by each Loan Party, in form and substance satisfactory to Administrative Agent.
As of the Closing Date, no Loan Party has any other material equity investments in any other corporation or entity, except to the extent set forth on the Collateral and Diligence Questionnaire.
The Collateral and Diligence Questionnaire sets forth the name and location of each institution maintaining a deposit or securities account of any Loan Party and the account number, name, authorized signatories and balance for each such deposit or securities account as of the end of the month immediately preceding the Closing Date.
