DILLER INTEREST PURCHASE PRICE definition

DILLER INTEREST PURCHASE PRICE means the cash amount (or cash value xx xxuity) invested by Diller in a BDTV Entity plus interest, from the date of such contribxxxxx to the date of purchase, on such amount at the rate of interest per annum in effect from time to time and publicly announced by The Bank of New York as its prime rate of interest, compounded annually. For purposes of BDTV I, BDTV II, BDTV III and BDTV IV, the cash amount (or cash value of equity) initially invested by Diller is $100 in each such BDTV Entity.
DILLER INTEREST PURCHASE PRICE means the cash amount (or cash value of Equity) contributed by Diller to a BDTV Entity plus interest on such amount, from the date of such contribution to the date of purchase of Diller's Interest in such BDTV Entity by a member of the Liberty Stockholder Group, at the rate of interest per annum in effect from time to time and publicly announced by The Bank of New York as its prime rate of interest, compounded annually. For purposes of BDTV I, BDTV II, BDTV III and BDTV IV, the cash amount (or cash value of Equity) initially contributed by Diller was $100 in each such BDTV Entity.
DILLER INTEREST PURCHASE PRICE means the cash amount (or cash value xx xxares of capital stock of IAC/InterActiveCorp) contributed by Diller to a BDTV Entity plus interest on such amount, from the date xx xxxh contribution to the date of purchase of Diller's Interest in such BDTV Entity by a member of the Liberty Stoxxxxxxxx Group, at the rate of interest per annum in effect from time to time and publicly announced by The Bank of New York as its prime rate of interest, compounded annually. For purposes of BDTV I, BDTV II, BDTV III and BDTV IV, the cash amount (or cash value of capital stock) initially contributed by Diller was $100 in each such BDTV Entity.

  • Closing Purchase Price shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.1(b), which aggregate purchase price shall be net of the underwriting discounts and commissions.
