Ding and Dent Appliances definition

Ding and Dent Appliances means appliances manufactured by WHIRLPOOL, or OEM suppliers, that have been damaged cosmetically, but are functional for the use intended and, which would have been for sale by WHIRLPOOL in the Territory if not previously damaged.
