DIP Term Loan Agent definition

DIP Term Loan Agent means Wilmington Trust, National Association, in its capacity as successor administrative agent and collateral agent under the DIP Term Loan Facility.

DIP Term Loan Agent means the administrative agent under the DIP Term Loan Credit Agreement, solely in its capacity as such.
