Credit Agreement Collateral Agent definition

Credit Agreement Collateral Agent has the meaning assigned to such term in the introductory paragraph of this Agreement.

Credit Agreement Collateral Agent means Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Bank USA, as Collateral Agent under the Credit Facilities, or any successor thereto in such capacity, and any successor or other collateral agent (and their respective successors) under any Credit Facility.
