Direct Access Customers definition

Direct Access Customers means retail electricity consumers located in PacifiCorp’s service territory that either: a) purchase electricity directly from a supplier other than PacifiCorp pursuant to a Direct Access Program or b) elect to have all or a portion of the electricity they purchase from PacifiCorp priced based upon market prices rather than the Company’s traditional cost-of-service rate. If a State implements a Direct Access Program pursuant to which Freed-Up Resources are transferred between customer classes, such transfers shall be considered Direct Access Purchases and Sales.
Direct Access Customers means those Customers who obtain their Data directly from MA;

Related to Direct Access Customers

  • Direct access means access to a patient or resident or to a patient's or resident's property, financial information, medical records, treatment information, or any other identifying information.

  • Business Customer means a customer who is not a residential customer.

  • Access Channel means any Channel, or portion thereof, designated for Access purposes or otherwise made available to facilitate or transmit Access programming or services.

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

This term also encompasses any service that the State finds to be providing a functional equivalent of the service described in the previous sentence, or that is used to evade the protections set forth in this section.

  • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.

  • Network Customer means an entity receiving transmission service pursuant to the terms of the Transmission Provider’s Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III.

  • Customer-generator means a user of a net metering system.

  • Eligible customer-generator means a customer-generator whose net energy metering system for renewable resources, cogeneration, fuel cells, and microturbines meets all applicable safety and performance standards.

  • Switched Access Detail Usage Data means a category 1101xx record as defined in the EMI iconectiv Practice BR 010-200-010.

  • Line Information Data Base (LIDB) means a transaction-oriented database system that functions as a centralized repository for data storage and retrieval. LIDB is accessible through CCS networks. LIDB contains records associated with End User line numbers and special billing numbers. LIDB accepts queries from other network elements and provides return result, return error, and return reject responses as appropriate. Examples of information that Account Owners might store in LIDB and in their Line Records are: ABS Validation Data, Originating Line Number Screening (OLNS) data, ZIP Code data, and Calling Name Information.

  • Customer Systems means the Customer's information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems), and networks, whether operated by Customer or through the use of third-party services.
