Direct Award Process definition

Direct Award Process means the process set out in Clause 3.4 Environmental Information Regulations (EIRs) means the Environmental Information Regulations 2004, together with any guidance and/or codes of practice issued by the Information Commissioner or any Central Government Body in relation to such Regulations; Firm Price means a price agreed for the Services which is not subject to variation
Direct Award Process means the Selection Process described as such in paragraph (a) of Schedule 7 (Selection Process). Direct Award Threshold means the amount of £150,000.
