Direct Consultant definition
Direct Consultant means any current independent contractor who is also a natural person who provides services directly to the Company or any of the Company’s Subsidiaries (excluding, for the avoidance of doubt, any independent contractor of the Company or any of the Company’s Subsidiaries who lists or has listed such independent contractor’s pet services through the Company’s or a Company Subsidiary’s website or other listing of pet services providers).
