Direct Energy definition

Direct Energy means Direct Energy Marketing Limited, as managing partner of Direct Energy Partnership, operating as Direct Energy.
Direct Energy means Direct Energy Services, LLC, including its officers, directors, owners, operators, parents, subsidiaries, predecessors, successors, employees, agents, representatives, lawyers, insurers, and/or affiliates.
