Directed by Council definition

Directed by Council means a direction from City Council, acting on behalf of the City of Toronto in its capacity as Shareholder, to the Corporation, which direction shall be in the form of a recommendation or resolution adopted by City Council which applies to TCH and/or any of its Subsidiaries;
Directed by Council means a direction from Council, acting on behalf of the Regional Municipality of York in its capacity as Shareholder, to the Corporation, which direction shall be in the form of a recommendation or resolution adopted by Council which applies to YRRTC;
