Directed by Council definition
Directed by Council means a direction from City Council, acting on behalf of the City of Toronto in its capacity as Shareholder, to the Corporation, which direction shall be in the form of a recommendation or resolution adopted by City Council which applies to TCH and/or any of its Subsidiaries;
Directed by Council means a direction from Council, acting on behalf of the Region in its capacity as Shareholder, to the Corporation, which direction shall be in the form of a recommendation or resolution adopted by Council which applies to the Corporation;
Directed by Council means a direction from City Council, acting on behalf of the City of Toronto in its capacity as Shareholder, to the Corporation, which direction shall be in the form of a recommendation or resolution adopted by City Council which directs the Corporation as it applies to the Corporation or any of its Subsidiaries, and subject to Law, in making any direction City Council shall take into consideration the objectives and principles set out in Section 2.2.2 herein;
