Directed Growth definition

Directed Growth means the Province’s plan to target child care space growth to areas of high need. In alignment with the Province’s CWELCC Access and Inclusion Framework to support better access to child care for communities that have traditionally faced barriers, CMSMs/DSSABs have an approved target number of new spaces to create, supported by CWELCC funds.
Directed Growth. Plan shall mean a plan developed by the Educator and the Evaluator of one school year or less for Educators with PTS who are rated needs improvement.
Directed Growth means DNSSAB’s local plan to target child care space growth to communities of high need. In alignment with the Province’s CWELCC Access and Inclusion Framework to support better access to child care for communities that have traditionally faced barriers, DNSSAB has an approved target number of new spaces to create, supported by CWELCC funds.

Examples of Directed Growth in a sentence

  • For an Educator on a Directed Growth Plan whose overall Summative Performance Rating is at least Proficient, the Evaluator will place the Educator on a Self-Directed Growth Plan for the next Evaluation Cycle.

  • A) A Directed Growth Plan is for those Educators with PTS whose overall rating is needs improvement.

  • To be considered for new CWELCC spaces within the Directed Growth Plan, the following documents are required: • CWELCC Pre-Qualification Application • CWELCC Expansion Plan Application (as applicable) • CWELCC Start Up Grant Application (as applicable) Additional information regarding this process will be shared by email and posted on the County of Simcoe’s website once available.

  • In order to be eligible for CWELCC funding, the program must be located in an area assigned within the County of Simcoe’s Directed Growth Plan and are required to apply for the Wage Enhancement Grant (WEG) if the licensee is not already in receipt of this funding.

  • Directed Growth Plan The Educator with PTS, whose overall rating is Needs Improvement, must be observed according to the Directed Growth Plan.

  • Directed Growth Plan shall mean a plan developed by the Educator and the Evaluator of one (1) school year or less for Educators with PTS who are rated Needs Improvement overall.

  • For an Educator on a Directed Growth Plan whose overall summative performance rating is not at least Proficient, the Evaluator will rate the Educator as Unsatisfactory and will place the Educator on an Improvement Plan for the next Evaluation Cycle.

  • As of January 1, 2023, under Ontario Regulation 137/15 (s.77.3(2)), CMSMs have the discretion to deny enrolment to licensees where the program is not aligned with the CMSM’s Directed Growth Plan.

Related to Directed Growth

  • Restricted Group Collectively, the following persons and entities: the Trustee; the Underwriters; the Depositor; the Master Servicer; the Special Servicer; any Sub-Servicers; the Sponsors; each Mortgagor, if any, with respect to Mortgage Loans constituting more than 5% of the total unamortized principal balance of all the Mortgage Loans in the Trust Fund as of the Closing Date; and any and all Affiliates of any of the aforementioned Persons.

  • Designated Group means - i) Black designated groups; ii) Black People; iii) Women; iv) people with disabilities or v) Small enterprise, as defined in Section 1 of National Small Enterprise Act, (102 of 1996)

  • Exposed group means all employees at a work location, working area, or a common area at work, where an employee COVID-19 case was present at any time during the high-risk exposure period. A common area at work includes bathrooms, walkways, hallways, aisles, break or eating areas, and waiting areas. The following exceptions apply:

  • Student growth objective means an academic goal that teachers and designated supervisors set for groups of students.

  • Elevated blood lead level means a level of lead in blood that is any of the following:

  • Combined Group means a group of corporations or other entities that files a Combined Return.

  • Qualifying Energy Efficiency Measures (EEMs) means either (i) standard gas or electric EEMs (i.e., measures found on any of the Standard Initiative applications); or (ii) measures eligible under the Custom Initiative approved by Ameren Illinois; or (iii) measures found in the Streetlighting or Retro-commissioning Initiative as identified in official program materials found on the Ameren Illinois Energy Efficiency website. The following technologies are not Qualifying EEMs: (i) technologies that do not demonstrate measurable and verifiable energy savings, including power conditioning; (ii) technologies that displace electrical energy use or natural gas to another fuel (i.e. fuel switching); or (iii) renewable energy projects (solar, wind power, etc.). Eligible gas measures do not include propane or butane measures.

  • National Financial Emergency means the whole or any part of any period set forth in Section 22(e) of the 1940 Act. The Board of Trustees may, in its discretion, declare that the suspension relating to a national financial emergency shall terminate, as the case may be, on the first business day on which the New York Stock Exchange shall have reopened or the period specified in Section 22(e) of the 1940 Act shall have expired (as to which, in the absence of an official ruling by the Commission, the determination of the Board of Trustees shall be conclusive);

  • Total Evaluated CRIS MW means the Additional CRIS MW requested plus either (i) if the Installed Capacity Supplier previously received an exemption under Sections 23.4.5.7.2(b), 23.4.5.7.6(b), 23.4.5.7.7 or 23.4.5.7.8, all prior Additional CRIS MW since the facility was last exempted under Sections 23.4.5.7.2(b), 23.4.5.7.6(b), or 23.4.5.7.8, or (ii) for all other Installed Capacity Suppliers, all MW of Capacity for which an Examined Facility obtained CRIS pursuant to the provisions in ISO OATT Sections 25, 30, or 32 (OATT Attachments S, X, or Z). For purposes of Section 23.4.5 of this Attachment H, “UCAP Offer Reference Level” shall mean a dollar value equal to the projected clearing price for each ICAP Spot Market Auction determined by the ISO on the basis of the applicable ICAP Demand Curve and the total quantity of Unforced Capacity from all Installed Capacity Suppliers in a Mitigated Capacity Zone for the period covered by the applicable ICAP Spot Market Auction. For purposes of Section 23.4.5 of this Attachment H, “Unit Net CONE” shall mean localized levelized embedded costs of a specified Installed Capacity Supplier, including interconnection costs, and for an Installed Capacity Supplier located outside a Mitigated Capacity Zone including embedded costs of transmission service, in either case net of likely projected annual Energy and Ancillary Services revenues, and revenues associated with other energy products (such as energy services and renewable energy credits, as determined by the ISO, translated into a seasonally adjusted monthly UCAP value using an appropriate class outage rate. The Unit Net CONE of an Installed Capacity Supplier that has functions beyond the generation or transmission of power shall include only the embedded costs allocated to the production and transmission of power, and shall not net the revenues from functions other than the generation or transmission of power.

  • Affiliated Group means any affiliated group within the meaning of Section 1504(a) of the Code or any similar group defined under a similar provision of state, local or foreign law.

  • Peer Group means the group of companies, as more particularly set forth on attached Exhibit A, against which the Relative Total Shareholder Return of the Company is measured over the Incentive Period.

  • Structured group means a group that is not randomly formed for the immediate commission of an offence and that does not need to have formally defined roles for its members, continuity of its membership or a developed structure;

  • Revenue Growth means the percentage change in revenue (as defined in Statement of Financial Accounting Concepts No. 6, published by the Financial Accounting Standards Board) from one period to another.

  • Synthetic Long Position means any option, warrant, convertible security, stock appreciation right or other contractual right, whether or not presently exercisable, which has an exercise or conversion privilege or a settlement payment or mechanism at a price related to Common Stock or a value determined in whole or part with reference to, or derived in whole or in part from, the market price or value of Common Stock, whether or not such right is subject to settlement in whole or in part in Common Stock, and which increases in value as the value of Common Stock increases or which provides to the holder of such right an opportunity, directly or indirectly, to profit or share in any profit derived from any increase in the value of Common Stock, but shall not include:

  • Student Growth means the change in Student Achievement data for an individual student between two points in time. Growth may also include other measures that are rigorous and comparable across classrooms.

  • parent mixed financial holding company in a Member State means a mixed financial holding company which is not itself a subsidiary of an institution authorised in the same Member State, or of a financial holding company or mixed financial holding company set up in that same Member State;
