2017-2018 Career Technical Education Allocation definition
2017-2018 Career Technical Education Allocation. CPEs who hold an Occupational Specialist Certificate in the area for which they are teaching shall receive a Career Technical Education Allocation (CTE) of up to three thousand dollars ($3,000). The amount paid to the CPE will be determined by the number of qualifying courses taught in the CTE field. The Career Technical Education Allocation will be prorated over twelve months and paid in equal increments on or before the twenty-fifth day of each month. Legacy Award: CPEs placed on rungs 10a through 10e of the 2017-2018 CPE Salary Schedule shall receive a one-time Legacy Award in the amount of $1,800. The Legacy Award will be paid in December 2017.
