Director Credential definition

Director Credential means a comprehensive credentialing program consisting of two levels of education and experiential requirements as outlined in subsection 65C-22.003(7), F.A.C.

  • Credential means a valid credential, life diploma, permit, or document in special education or pupil personnel services issued by, or under the jurisdiction of, the State Board of Education if issued prior to 1970 or the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing, which entitles the holder thereof to perform services for which certification qualifications are required as defined in Title 5 of the California Code of Regulations section 3001(g).

  • Credentials Committee means the committee established by the Medical Advisory Committee to review applications for appointment and reappointment to the Professional Staff and to make recommendations to the Medical Advisory Committee and if no such committee is established it shall mean the Medical Advisory Committee;

  • Eligible Directors means, with respect to a Regulated Fund and a Potential Co-Investment Transaction, the members of the Regulated Fund’s Board eligible to vote on that Potential Co-Investment Transaction under Section 57(o) of the Act (treating any registered investment company or series thereof as a BDC for this purpose).

  • Non-Management Director means any Person selected in accordance with Article IV of this Agreement who is not a Management Director.

  • Program Director means an individual who has complete responsibility for the day- to-day function of the program. The Program Director is the highest level of decision-making at a local, program level.
