Director Designee means a Person designated for election to the Board for whom the Stockholders’ Committee is required to vote pursuant to Section 5.1(a).

More Definitions of Director Designee

Director Designee means persons the director appoints including deputy directors, bureau chiefs, regional managers and park superintendents.
