DIRECTOR/EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR definition
DIRECTOR/EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR means the person responsible for the operation of a Department and/or their designate;
DIRECTOR/EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR means the director as set forth in each item of Section 1 of Article 363 of the Corporate Law and other directors who executed business of the subject company (the same applies to the following).
