Director/Managers. Seymour Holtzman, an individual, and Efrem Gerszberg, an individua▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇til either such perso▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, died or been removed as a Manager of the Company in accordance with Section 3.2(c) hereof; thereafter Director Managers shall mean the remaining Director Manager and the Director Manager Replacement who has succeeded such former Director Manager as a Director Manager.

Examples of Director/Managers in a sentence

  • The business and affairs of the Company shall be managed by the Director/Managers, who need not be residents of the state of the Company or Members of the Company, as provided in Section 5.2 of this Agreement.

  • All checks or demands for money and notes of the Company shall be signed by such Officer/Manager or Officer/Managers or such other person or persons as the Director/Managers may from time to time designate.
