Director Services definition

Director Services means the provision of a member of the Belasko Group, or a Belasko Due Diligence Belasko is required by applicable law, regulation and guidelines to obtain Fee Agreement means any agreement in relation to fees made between any Client and Force Majeure Event is defined in Clause 8.1.
