Disbanding definition

Disbanding. On or before sixty (60) days after CNSI's completion of the research funded by BAYER hereunder, the RESEARCH STEERING COMMITTEE shall disband and have no further duties or authority. Upon the disbanding of the RESEARCH STEERING COMMITTEE, each Party may keep all DATA, meeting minutes and authorized RESEARCH PROTOCOL amendments received during RESEARCH STEERING COMMITTEE membership, as long as such information is treated according to Articles 2.2.11 (Rights in Data) and Article 7 (Confidentiality).

  • Disbanding of all Lebanese and non-Lebanese militias shall be announced.

  • Following the issuance of a Disbanding Notice and subject to this Section: (i) such Committee shall immediately cease meeting; and (ii) all decisions, obligations, rights and responsibilities within the purview of such Committee shall henceforth be handled directly between the Parties, and the Parties shall work together in good faith and ensure the sharing of information previously under the purview of such Committee.

  • As soon as practical the JMC will designate a neutral location for the Central JMC Headquarters.

  • Disbanding of JCC shall not result in termination of this agreement/option license to pH Pharma.

  • After the RESEARCH STEERING COMMITTEE disbands according to Article 2.1.8 (Disbanding) and during the term of the Agreement, BAYER shall have the sole right to transfer any material that is LICENSED TECHNOLOGY.
