Disbursing Agreement definition

Disbursing Agreement means the Disbursing Agreement, dated as of May 1, 2021, among the Corporation, the Trustee, Bremer Bank, National Association and Commercial Partners Title, LLC.

Disbursing Agreement means, individually and collectively, (i) the Disbursing Agreement of even date herewith among the Company, the Lender and the Disbursing Agent, and (ii) any other disbursing agreement entered into from time to time among one or more of the Loan Parties, the Lender and the Disbursing Agent.

• The Authority and StadCo shall enter into the Disbursing Agreement with the Disbursing Agent for the purpose of receiving funds from the Trust as remitted by the Trustee to pay for or reimburse the payment of Project Costs in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
