Discharge Port(s) definition
Discharge Port(s) shall, with respect to a cargo, mean the port(s) nominated by Buyer and accepted by Seller for discharge of such cargo in accordance with this Agreement.
Discharge Port(s) means the port(s) listed in Clause 11 of the MAIN TERMS FIXTURE and/or additional/alternatives port(s) nominted under Clause 26 (if any), at which the Vessel(s) discharge(s) hereunder and includes, unless the context expresses a contrary intention, any berth to which the Vessel(s) is ordered at such port(s).
Examples of Discharge Port(s) in a sentence
For water only deliveries, the weight of coal sold hereunder shall be determined by an Independent Marine Survey(s) of the Vessel at the Load Port or by Independent Marine Survey(s) at Buyer's Discharge Port if Seller's Vessel has multiple Discharge Ports.
The Product shall be delivered by the Seller to the Buyer, in bulk at the Loading Terminal and shipped by the Seller CFR or CIF (as applicable) to the agreed Discharge Port(s).
