Disciplinary Panel Member definition
Disciplinary Panel Member means an individual who is appointed to, and serves as, a member of a Disciplinary Panel.
Disciplinary Panel Member have the meanings set forth in Section 5.13.
Disciplinary Panel Member shall have the meaning set forth in Section V of this Agreement.
