Discipline Referral definition

Discipline Referral means any infraction of the school-wide PBIS expectations for behavior.

Examples of Discipline Referral in a sentence

  • Teachers are required to submit a Student Discipline Referral (Form 835-E or Form 835-S) whenever a student is directed to the administration for disciplinary action.

  • All incidents of inappropriate behavior will be documented on a Discipline Referral Form.

  • It is expected that Discipline Referral forms will be processed and made electronically available or, if paper, returned to staff members within 48 hours unless circumstances prevent the timely return, in which case the administrator will so inform the staff member.
