Discipline Regulations definition

Discipline Regulations means the Police (Discipline) Regulations 1967 (d) or any Regulations amending or substituted for the same;
Discipline Regulations means the Police (Discipline) Regulations 1976;
Discipline Regulations means the Royal Ulster Constabulary (Conduct) Regulations 2000(b);

Examples of Discipline Regulations in a sentence

  • A) Allegations of breaches of these Halls of Residence Discipline Regulations need not be proved ‘beyond a reasonable doubt’.

  • B) If it is decided that the alleged breach will be dealt with under these Discipline Regulations, a member of our Residences Team will be appointed the Decision-Maker (‘Decision-Maker’) and will carry out an investigation into the case.

  • A) An initial decision will be made by a member of our Residences Team as to whether the breach is to be dealt with: • Internally under these Halls of Residence Discipline Regulations; or • Internally under the University’s General Regulations covering discipline; or • Referred to external authorities only; or • Both internally (under either under these Discipline Regulations or the University General Regulations) and referred to external authorities.

  • At the beginning of the established work year, teachers shall be provided with a copy of the Student Conduct Code, Student Discipline Regulations (Board Policy 5144.1), as well as the regulations on Student Suspension and Expulsion/Due Process (Administrative Regulation 5144.1).

  • The Employer or its designated representative shall take reasonable steps to relieve the employee of responsibilities in respect to students who are disruptive (or repeatedly violate rules and regulations) provided the employee has followed appropriate procedures as stated in the Marquette Area Public Schools Discipline Regulations.

  • Examples (but not limited to these) would be a student who has been issued a Notice to Quit Halls because of: • a breach of the Student Discipline Regulations; or • repeated minor breaches of Residences Discipline Regulations in Schedule B below.

  • Establishment of new or substantially expanded work sites (3) Discipline Regulations.

  • Should these rules and regulations be violated, the necessary disciplinary actions (see the dormitory directive, Student Discipline Regulations) will apply.

  • A copy of the current Halls of Residence Regulations is annexed to this Agreement in Schedule A, and the current Residences Discipline Regulations are annexed to this Agreement in Schedule B.
