Disclosed Documents definition

Disclosed Documents means the documents listed in Part 1 of the Schedule;

Disclosed Documents means the documents listed in Part [3] of the Schedule;]

Disclosed Documents means the Disclosure Letter, the information provided in the Data Room and the Completion Disclosure Letter (including the agreed form bundle of documents to the Disclosure Letter and/or the Completion Disclosure Letter (if any)).

• They then become Disclosed Documents in terms of clauses 6, 7 and 10 of the Offer.

More Definitions of Disclosed Documents

Disclosed Documents means all those documents and information relating to the business of the Company and/or its Subsidiaries disclosed and provided to Buyer (or its agents or advisers) prior to the date hereof and as listed at Schedule 1.01 of the Seller Disclosure Letter.

Disclosed Documents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.4(a)(ii) .

Disclosed Documents means the documents to be delivered pursuant to Paragraph 10 of this Schedule Part 3B;

Disclosed Documents means the Information Memorandum, the Management Presentation, the External Actuarial Report and the Limited Review Report;
