Specifically, the Disclosed Documents shall be used only to prepare the financial statements to be disclosed publicly by Tenant and shall not themselves be disclosed to third parties, unless required solely for the purpose of the preparation or audit of such financial statements (the “Preparing/Auditing Parties”).
