Disclosed Documents definition

Disclosed Documents means the documents listed in Part 1 of the Schedule;
Disclosed Documents means the documents listed in Part [3] of the Schedule;]
Disclosed Documents means all information, correspondences, descriptions and documents made available, by any means or forms including written, oral, electronic or mechanical, by or on behalf of any Seller or the Company for inspection by or on behalf of the Purchaser (including Purchaser’s agents and advisors) in relation to the Seller(s), the Company or the Company’s businesses for the purposes of this Agreement and the transactions contemplated thereby;

Examples of Disclosed Documents in a sentence

  • Specifically, the Disclosed Documents shall be used only to prepare the financial statements to be disclosed publicly by Tenant and shall not themselves be disclosed to third parties, unless required solely for the purpose of the preparation or audit of such financial statements (the “Preparing/Auditing Parties”).

  • Tenant may request additional information with respect to the Disclosed Documents and/or the Special Permitted Use directed through Landlord’s Chief Financial Officer, provided that the release of any such information shall be in the Landlord’s sole discretion.

  • GF Netherlands acknowledges and consent to the fact that Asanko is collecting GF Netherlands’ personal information (as that term is defined under applicable privacy legislation, including, without limitation, the Personal Publicly Disclosed Documents Protection and Electronic Documents Act (Canada) and any other applicable similar, replacement or supplemental provincial or federal legislation or laws in effect from time to time) for the purpose of completing this Agreement.

  • Facts and circumstances described in, or that are evident or apparent from the Disclosed Documents and all matters visible during the physical inspections of the Properties shall be deemed to be known to the Buyers.


More Definitions of Disclosed Documents

Disclosed Documents means all those documents and information relating to the business of the Company and/or its Subsidiaries disclosed and provided to Buyer (or its agents or advisers) prior to the date hereof and as listed at Schedule 1.01 of the Seller Disclosure Letter.
Disclosed Documents means the Disclosure Letter, the information provided in the Data Room and the Completion Disclosure Letter (including the agreed form bundle of documents to the Disclosure Letter and/or the Completion Disclosure Letter (if any)).
Disclosed Documents shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 8.5.1 (ii).
Disclosed Documents means the documents listed in the Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
Disclosed Documents means those documents listed in the schedule(s) to the Disclosure Letters, including the documents which were saved to the Data Room, copies of which have been provided to the Buyer in USB format on or prior to the date of this Agreement. Disclosure Letter(s) means:

Disclosed Documents means the documents referred to in the Assignation and all appendices, schedules, and exhibits (or any similar term) attached to or referenced within those documents.
