The Investor shall cooperate with the Company, the Joint Sponsors, the Overall Coordinators to ensure that all references to it in such Public Documents are true, complete, accurate and not misleading or deceptive and that no material information about it is omitted from the Public Documents, and shall provide any comments and verification documents promptly to the Company, the Joint Sponsors, the Overall Coordinators and their respective counsels.

Public Documents means the Preliminary Offering Circular and the International Offering Circular for the International Offering, the Prospectus and application forms to be issued in Hong Kong by the Company for the Hong Kong Public Offering and such other documents and announcements which may be issued by the Company in connection with the Global Offering, each as amended or supplemented from time to time;
