Dual agent means a licensee who has entered into an agency relationship with both the buyer and seller in the same transaction.
Disclosed Information means the information disclosed by a Party for the purpose of settlement, negotiation, Mediation or Arbitration;
Individual Agreement means an employment, consulting or similar agreement between a Participant and the Company or one of its Subsidiaries or Affiliates.

Related Persons means, with respect to any Person, each Affiliate of such Person and each director, officer, employee, agent, trustee, representative, attorney, accountant and each insurance, environmental, legal, financial and other advisor and other consultants and agents of or to such Person or any of its Affiliates.
Designated Person means a person or entity:

Agent’s Information means, solely, the following information in the Prospectus: the third sentence of the eighth paragraph and the tenth paragraph under the caption “Plan of Distribution” in the Prospectus.
