Disclosed Schemes definition

Disclosed Schemes has the meaning set forth in Section 5.19.
Disclosed Schemes means the Perfect Pizza Limited Group Personal Pension Plan (“the GPPP”) with Prudential and the Perfect Pizza Limited Pension Scheme (“the Final Salary Scheme”);
Disclosed Schemes means the Greyfriars Pension Scheme established pursuant to a trust deed dated 5 December 1997 (the "GREYFRIARS SCHEME"), the occupational scheme insured with the Standard Life (the "STANPLAN A") and the group personal pension scheme insured with the Standard Life (the "GROUP PLAN");

Examples of Disclosed Schemes in a sentence

  • All information set out in the Data Room in connection with the Disclosed Schemes is complete and accurate (and not misleading) in all material respects.

  • Save for the Disclosed Schemes, there is not in operation, and no proposal has been announced to enter into or establish, any agreement, arrangement, custom or practice for the payment of, or payment of a contribution towards, a pension, allowance, lump sum or other similar benefit on retirement, death, termination of employment (whether voluntary or not) for the benefit of a Relevant Employee or a Relevant Employee’s dependants.

Asia:- the ORSO Pension Scheme (closed), the Mandatory Provident Fund (open) (both of which are operated by HSBC). Life Insurance Scheme (provided by Metropolitan Life Insurance Company of Honk Kong Limited). France:- Additional Pension Plan for one employee only (Xxxxxxxx Mastroberardion, Director Development TMT France) (provided via Sante Gestion Plus (broker) and Generali France (provider). Life Assurance Scheme (provided via Sante Gestion Plus (broker) and Generali France (provider). India:- Life Insurance Group Gratuity Scheme (provided by Life Insurance Corporation of India).
