  • Neither the Disclosing Party nor any of its Disclosing Party Representatives shall be liable to the Recipient or any of its Disclosing Party Representatives relating to or resulting from the Recipient’s use of any of the Proprietary Information or any errors therein or omissions therefrom.

  • Each Disclosing Party shall be responsible for any breach of this Section 12.04 by its Disclosing Party Representatives.
