Disclosure Documentation definition

Disclosure Documentation means the disclosure documentation we provide to you, including: • the account fees disclosure documentation; • the interest disclosure documentation, if the account pays you interest; • the Signature Card; and • any amended disclosure documentation for your account from time to time.
Disclosure Documentation means the Account fees and related services disclosure documentation and, if the Account is an interest-bearing Account, the interest disclosure documentation you received when you opened the Account or were added as a joint accountholder, as applicable;
Disclosure Documentation means the Account fees and interest disclosure documentation I received when I opened the Account or was added as a joint Account holder, as applicable. “I”, “me”, “my”, “you” and “your” refers to each person who has signed the application form, signature card and declaration.

  • This Agreement and the Disclosure Documentation describe the terms that apply to the personal deposit accounts you open with us.

  • If we allow your account to become overdrawn, then you must pay the overdrawn amount immediately plus service fee(s), interest and other amounts as specified in the Disclosure Documentation.

  • Prior to applying for any products or facilities, you will need to read the relevant Disclosure Documentation , including Terms & Conditions Deposit Accounts & Electronic Banking, Fees and Charges Deposit Accounts, Interest Rates for Personal Deposit Accounts and Terms and Conditions for Visa Debit Cards.

  • A copy of such report will be provided to Purchaser as part of the Disclosure Documentation.

  • During the period commencing with the Opening of Escrow (as defined below) and ending at 5:00 p.m. (MST) on the fourteenth (14th) day thereafter (Due Diligence Period), Purchaser shall have the right to examine and investigate to Purchaser's reasonable satisfaction the physical, financial and legal status of the Property and the Seller's Disclosure Documentation.

  • You agree that a waiting period or “hold” as disclosed in BOCC's Disclosure Documentation from time to time will be placed on the amount of Instruments deposited or transferred to your Account before you are able to withdraw the funds.


More Definitions of Disclosure Documentation

Disclosure Documentation means the account fees and interest disclosure documentation we received when we opened the Account or were added as a joint accountholder, as applicable.
Disclosure Documentation means the fees and the interest disclosure documentation you received when Documents has the meaning in section 2 below. Investment means a deposit of funds in a GIC or other investment product with Oaken Financial held by you or Home Trust Company as the trustee of the RRSP, RSP, RIF or TFSA. Message Notifications means a message notification we post for you to access through Online Banking.
Disclosure Documentation means a disclosure letter of even date herewith and the bundles of documentation in the agreed form referred to therein and disclosed by the Vendor to Xxxx Dimplex;
Disclosure Documentation means the documents identified in the Disclosure Letter and documents included on a schedule of disclosure documentation copies of certain of which are contained in agreed bundles;
Disclosure Documentation means, in respect of the Condominium, the disclosure statement, first year budget statement, declaration, by-laws and rules, proposed condominium management agreement and draft plan of standard condominium;

Related to Disclosure Documentation

  • Disclosure Document means any registration statement (including the Form 10) filed with the SEC by or on behalf of any Party or any member of its Group, and also includes any information statement (including the Information Statement), prospectus, offering memorandum, offering circular, periodic report or similar disclosure document, whether or not filed with the SEC or any other Governmental Authority, in each case that describes the Separation or the Distribution or the SpinCo Group or primarily relates to the transactions contemplated hereby.

  • Disclosure Documents is defined in Section 5.3.

  • Software Documentation means software information, being technical information used, or useful in, or relating to the design, development, use or maintenance of any version of a software programme.

  • Company Disclosure Documents is defined in Section 3.4(g) of the Agreement.

  • Related Documentation means, with respect to Software, all materials, documentation (including control documentation utilized in connection with an audit), specifications, technical manuals, user manuals, flow diagrams, file descriptions and other written information that describes the function and use of such Software, but excluding source code.

  • Financing Information means (i) audited consolidated balance sheets and related statements of income, comprehensive income and cash flows of the Company and its Subsidiaries for the three most recently completed fiscal years ended at least 60 days prior to the Closing Date; (ii) unaudited interim consolidated balance sheets and related statements of income, comprehensive income and cash flows of the Company and its Subsidiaries for the fiscal quarter ended at least 60 days prior to the Closing Date (but excluding the fourth quarter of any fiscal year); and (iii) all other information regarding the Company and its Subsidiaries required by Regulation S-X and Regulation S-K under the Securities Act for an offering of securities of Parent on a registration statement filed with the SEC, in each case, of the type that would permit the Company’s independent auditors to deliver customary “comfort” (including customary “negative assurance” comfort) in connection with such offering which such auditors are prepared to provide upon completion of customary procedures.

  • Supporting Documentation means the documents listed in Schedule A of this Certificate which forms part of this

  • Limited Documentation Program The guidelines under which the Seller generally originates Mortgage Loans principally on the basis of the Loan-to-Value Ratio of the related Mortgage Loan and the creditworthiness of the Mortgagor.

  • Service documentation means all records and information on one or more documents, including documents that may be created or maintained in electronic software programs, created and maintained contemporaneously with the delivery of services, and kept in a manner as to fully disclose the nature and extent of services delivered that shall include the items delineated in paragraph (E) of this rule to validate payment for medicaid services.

  • Due Diligence Information means any information supplied to the Supplier by or on behalf of the Customer prior to the Call Off Commencement Date;

  • Data Room Information means the information and documents listed in the index of documents contained in the Data Site attached to the Company Disclosure Letter;

  • Technical Documentation means designs, reports, photographs, drawings, plans, specifications, computer software, surveys, calculations and other data, information and material collected, computed, drawn or produced, including computer print-outs.

  • Public Filings means the reports, schedules, forms, statements and other documents filed by the Company or Bezeq with the SEC or the ISA, as applicable, and publically available at least two (2) Business Days prior to the date of this Agreement.

  • User Documentation means explanatory and informational materials concerning the Company products, in printed or electronic format, which the Company or any Subsidiary has released for distribution to end users with such Company products, which may include manuals, descriptions, user and/or installation instructions, diagrams, printouts, listings, flow-charts and training materials, contained on visual media such as paper or photographic film, or on other physical storage media in machine readable form.

  • Flood Documentation means, with respect to each Mortgaged Property located in the United States of America or any territory thereof, (i) a completed “life-of-loan” Federal Emergency Management Agency standard flood hazard determination (to the extent a Mortgaged Property is located in a Special Flood Hazard Area, together with a notice about Special Flood Hazard Area status and flood disaster assistance duly executed by the Borrower and the applicable Loan Party relating thereto) and (ii) a copy of, or a certificate as to coverage under, and a declaration page relating to, the insurance policies required by Section 5.02(c) hereof and the applicable provisions of the Security Documents, each of which shall (A) be endorsed or otherwise amended to include a “standard” or “New York” lender’s loss payable or mortgagee endorsement (as applicable), (B) name the Collateral Agent, on behalf of the Secured Parties, as additional insured and loss payee/mortgagee, (C) identify the address of each property located in a Special Flood Hazard Area, the applicable flood zone designation and the flood insurance coverage and deductible relating thereto and (D) be otherwise in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Collateral Agent.

  • Existing Material means Material developed independently of this Agreement that is incorporated in or supplied as part of Reporting Material or Activity Material.

  • Disclosed Information means the information disclosed by a Party for the purpose of settlement, negotiation, Mediation or Arbitration;

  • Handover Memorandum shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 8.2;

  • Staffing Information in relation to all persons identified on the Supplier's Provisional Supplier Personnel List or Supplier's Final Supplier Personnel List, as the case may be, such information as the Department may reasonably request (subject to all applicable provisions of the DPA), but including in an anonymised format: (a) their ages, dates of commencement of employment or engagement, gender and place of work; (b) details of whether they are employed, self employed contractors or consultants, agency workers or otherwise; (c) the identity of the employer or relevant contracting Party; (d) their relevant contractual notice periods and any other terms relating to termination of employment, including redundancy procedures, and redundancy payments; (e) their wages, salaries, bonuses and profit sharing arrangements as applicable; (f) details of other employment-related benefits, including (without limitation) medical insurance, life assurance, pension or other retirement benefit schemes, share option schemes and company car schedules applicable to them; (g) any outstanding or potential contractual, statutory or other liabilities in respect of such individuals (including in respect of personal injury claims); (h) details of any such individuals on long term sickness absence, parental leave, maternity leave or other authorised long term absence; (i) copies of all relevant documents and materials relating to such information, including copies of relevant Agreements of employment (or relevant standard Agreements if applied generally in respect of such employees); and (j) any other “employee liability information” as such term is defined in regulation 11 of the Employment Regulations;

  • Account Documentation means any and all Account information, credit applications, Cardholder Agreements and change in terms notices, Charge Transaction Data, charge slips, credit slips, payments, credit information and documents or forms of any type and in any media relating to the Program, excluding materials used for advertising or solicitations.

  • Data Tape Information The information provided by the Responsible Party as of the Cut-off Date to the Depositor setting forth the following information with respect to each Mortgage Loan: (1) the Responsible Party's Mortgage Loan identifying number; (2) the Mortgagor's name; (3) the street address of the Mortgaged Property including the city, state and zip code; (4) a code indicating whether the Mortgaged Property is owner-occupied, a second home or investment property; (5) the number and type of residential units constituting the Mortgaged Property (i.e., a single family residence, a 2-4 family residence, a unit in a condominium project or a unit in a planned unit development, manufactured housing); (6) the original months to maturity or the remaining months to maturity from the Cut-off Date, in any case based on the original amortization schedule and, if different, the maturity expressed in the same manner but based on the actual amortization schedule; (7) with respect to First Lien Mortgage Loans, the Loan-to-Value Ratio, and with respect to the Second Lien Mortgage Loans, the Combined Loan-to-Value Ratio at origination; (8) the Mortgage Interest Rate as of the Cut-off Date; (9) the date on which the Scheduled Payment was due on the Mortgage Loan and, if such date is not consistent with the Due Date currently in effect, such Due Date; (10) the stated maturity date; (11) the amount of the Scheduled Payment as of the Cut-off Date; (12) the last payment date on which a Scheduled Payment was actually applied to pay interest and the outstanding principal balance; (13) the original principal amount of the Mortgage Loan; (14) the principal balance of the Mortgage Loan as of the close of business on the Cut-off Date, after deduction of payments of principal due and collected on or before the Cut-off Date; (15) with respect to Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loans, the Adjustment Date; (16) with respect to Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loans, the Gross Margin; (17) with respect to Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loans, the Lifetime Rate Cap under the terms of the Mortgage Note; (18) with respect to Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loans, a code indicating the type of Index; (19) with respect to Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loans, the Periodic Mortgage Interest Rate Cap under the terms of the Mortgage Note; (20) the type of Mortgage Loan (i.e., fixed rate, adjustable rate, first lien, second lien); (21) a code indicating the purpose of the loan (i.e., purchase, rate and term refinance, equity take-out refinance); (22) a code indicating the documentation style (i.e., full documentation, limited documentation or stated income); (23) the loan credit classification (as described in the Underwriting Guidelines); (24) whether such Mortgage Loan provides for a Prepayment Premium; (25) the Prepayment Premium period of such Mortgage Loan, if applicable; (26) a description of the Prepayment Premium, if applicable; (27) the Mortgage Interest Rate as of origination; (28) the credit risk score (FICO score) at origination; (29) the date of origination; (30) the Mortgage Interest Rate adjustment period; (31) the Mortgage Interest Rate floor; (32) the Mortgage Interest Rate calculation method (i.e., 30/360, simple interest, other); (33) a code indicating whether the Mortgage Loan has been modified; (34) with respect to First Lien Mortgage Loans, the current Loan-to-Value Ratio, and with respect to Second Lien Mortgage Loans, the current Combined Loan-to-Value Ratio; (35) the one year payment history;

  • Explanatory Memorandum means this explanatory memorandum.
