Disconnections definition

Disconnections means interrupting the supply of water and electricity to a debtor as a result for non-payment of an account or outstanding Consumer Deposit.

Examples of Disconnections in a sentence

  • Layer 2 Disconnections (Individual) 10% of the applicable monthly rental fee for the Connection and any service(s) provided over the Connection per complete three-hour period that the disconnection is late (capped at one month’s rental).

  • Vacant Site Disconnections and associated reconnections S6.17 The Trader may undertake a Vacant Site Disconnection of an ICP if: (a) the Trader is recorded as the trader for the ICP in the Registry; (b) the ICP has an "active" status in the Registry; and (c) in respect of that ICP, no Customer Agreement exists with the Trader.

  • Temporary Disconnections and associated reconnections S6.8 The parties agree that Temporary Disconnection of an ICP at which the Trader supplies electricity may be carried out by the Trader in the following circumstances: (a) if in an emergency it is necessary to avoid endangering persons or property; (b) for credit reasons; or (c) if requested by the Customer, for safety or other reasons.

  • The Retailer will ensure that Temporary Disconnections of ICPs are carried out by Warranted Persons and in accordance with the Distributor’s reasonable operational work practices for managing Temporary Connections.

  • Disconnections Document - Any document published by the English and Welsh water industry regulator setting out the allowed procedures for disconnecting a water supply for any legitimate reason given.

  • The Retailer will ensure that Vacant Site Disconnections and associated reconnections are carried out in accordance with the Distributor’s reasonable operational work practices for managing vacant sites.

  • Disconnections or power regulation by the grid operator, unless Contractor is responsible for this.

  • The Disconnection Warning Notice will include information about how to contact BBW if you dispute the basis for the disconnection or customer believe the supply falls within one of the exemptions set out in the Disconnections Document.
