Discounted MSRP definition

Discounted MSRP means, with respect to any ZVF Vehicle, the product of (i) (x) in the case of any ZVF Vehicle manufactured by Mazda, 75% and (y) in the case of any other ZVF Vehicle, 80%, and (ii) the applicable Manufacturer’s suggested retail price for the model class and model year of such ZVF Vehicle at the time such ZVF Vehicle is purchased by ZVF from the applicable Manufacturer or dealer.
Discounted MSRP means, with respect to any ZVF Vehicle, the product of (i) 80% and (ii) the applicable Manufacturer’s suggested retail price for the model class and model year of such ZVF Vehicle at the time such ZVF Vehicle is purchased by ZVF from the applicable Manufacturer or dealer.
