Discounted Unit Price definition

Discounted Unit Price means the discounted price of one Unit of an Eligible Item purchased under this Contract. The Discounted Unit Price will only be used for evaluation purposes.

Examples of Discounted Unit Price in a sentence

  • Subject to any agreement concerning the Unit Price applicable to Substitute Offset Units pursuant to Section 2.5, the Purchase Price for any portion of a Delivered Volume Delivered after the applicable Delivery Date shall be calculated using the Discounted Unit Price instead of the Unit Price, and the Discounted Additional Volume Price instead of the Additional Volume Price, as applicable.
