Discretionary Bonus definition

Discretionary Bonus means a bonus payable to a Participant based on that Participant’s Individual Performance Measures.
Discretionary Bonus shall have the meaning given to that term in Section 4(c) hereof.
Discretionary Bonus means a discretionary bonus that is classified by the Company as “Bonus Exec Discretionary” in the Company’s payroll system.

More Definitions of Discretionary Bonus

Discretionary Bonus means a bonus payable to a Participant based on that Participant’s Individual Performance Measures. “EPS” means fully diluted earnings per share as reported in the Corporation’s consolidated financial statements for 2012.
Discretionary Bonus means a bonus that brings a Participant’s Compensation over the deductible amount stated in Section 162 (m) of the Code.
