Annual Incentive Award definition

Annual Incentive Award means a conditional right granted to a Participant under Section 8(c) hereof to receive a cash payment, Stock or other Award, unless otherwise determined by the Committee, after the end of a specified fiscal year.

Annual Incentive Award means a cash-based Performance Award with a performance period that is the Company’s fiscal year or other 12-month (or shorter) performance period as specified under the terms of the Award as approved by the Committee.

Examples of Annual Incentive Award in a sentence

Employee will be entitled to participate in the Bank’s employee benefit plans, including the Amended 2004 Annual Incentive Award Plan or its successor, 401(k) savings plan, medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, and short term disability benefits or insurance programs on the same basis as any of those benefits or insurance programs are available generally to other officers of similar position under the Bank’s then current personnel policies.
Employee will be eligible to receive a 2005 bonus in the amount of $175,000.00 pursuant to the Amended 2004 Annual Incentive Award Plan approved by the Board on February 4, 2005.
Likewise, Employee’s entitlement to receive the 2004 continuous service bonus payments pursuant to the Amended 2004 Annual Incentive Award Plan is not altered by this Agreement and thus payable on January 1, 2006.

Annual Incentive Award means a type of Performance Award granted to a Participant under Section 7(c) representing a conditional right to receive cash, Stock or other Awards or payments, as determined by the Committee, based on performance in a performance period of one fiscal year or a portion thereof.

Annual Incentive Award means an Incentive Award made pursuant to Section 5(a)(vi) with a Performance Cycle of one year or less.

Annual Incentive Award means an Award described in Section 6(g) hereof that is based upon a period of one year or less.

Annual Incentive Award means a conditional right granted to an Eligible Person under Section 8(c) hereof to receive a cash payment, Stock or other Award, unless otherwise determined by the Committee, after the end of a specified year.

Annual Incentive Award means a cash award granted pursuant to Section 8 of the Plan, where such award is based on Management Objectives and a Performance Period of one year or less.

Annual Incentive Award means a Performance Award granted to a Participant under Section 7(c) representing a conditional right to receive cash, Stock or other Awards or payments, as determined by the Committee, based on performance in a performance period of up to and including one fiscal year.

Annual Incentive Award means an Award, denominated in cash, made subject to attainment of performance goals (as described in Section 14) over a Performance Period of up to one (1) year (which shall correspond to the Company’s fiscal year, unless otherwise specified by the Board).
