Discretionary Deferral definition
Discretionary Deferral means the Compensation deferral described in Section 4.2(d) made by a Participant.
Discretionary Deferral means the amount each Participant has elected to be credited to such Participant's Deferred Compensation Account with respect to any Plan Year pursuant to the terms of Section 4(B) of the Plan.
Discretionary Deferral means the Compensation deferral described in Section 4.1(d) made by a Participant prior to January 1, 2005.

Discretionary Deferral means the Compensation deferral described in Section 4.1 made by a Participant who has elected to make a Compensation deferral to the Plan in such amount as provided in Section 4.1 of the Plan.
