Disinterested individual definition
Disinterested individual means an individual, including a disinterested member, who, at the time action is to be taken under section 68 of this act, does not have (A) a material interest in the outcome of the proceeding, or (B) a material relationship with a person who has such an interest.
Disinterested individual means an individual who is not connected with the person in whose name the electronic signature device is issued. A “disinterested individual” is not any of the following:
