Dispatch Services means all services necessary for the Collin County Sheriff’s Office to receive calls for law enforcement
Dispatch Services has the meaning assigned to such term under Section 4.1. “Effective Date” means January 1, 2019.

Dispatch Services means: the receipt of information by the Sheriff’s Office Public Safety Access Point (hereinafter, “PSAP”, as defined by WAS 118-66-030(65)) and the transmission of that information to the Agencies by radio using a two-tone alert and two- way radio systems selected by the Agencies, accepted and accessible the Sheriff’s Office, and also via computer-based software selected by the Agencies provided to the Sheriff’s Office at Agency expense, and capable of integration with existing call management software (hereinafter, “Agency Page-out”). Agency expense for purposes of the computer-based software shall include the costs of the software package including ancillary integrations, installation, maintenance, and subscriptions.

Dispatch Services means all services necessary for the Collin County Sheriftfs Office to receive calls for law enforcement service within the City's jurisdiction and to dispatch the City's law enforcement personnel in response to such calls.
Dispatch Services means the Emergency Fire Dispatch Services for emergency fire calls originating from or pertaining to Service Areas but excluding the provision of 911 call taking and transfer services. (b) As required per 2.4 (a) above evaluate and implement on behalf of the Generator automated price signals that may include hardware, software and associated costs for the Generator. Other matters 3.1 Simply Energy will provide Advisory Services to assist the Generator in evaluating and implementing a longer term Commercial Off-take Arrangement. (a) In return for Management Fee Simply Energy will provide up-to 0.5 days per week of Advisory Services to the Generator. (b) This will be subject to minimum generation volumes of 2GWh per month. (c) For any specific tasks over and above 0.5 days per week, or where the Generator is not generating or projected to generate minimum of 2GWh per month then Simply Energy may charge the Generator Simply Energy standard Advisory Fees. (d) Simply Energy reserves the right to back-charge Advisory Fees for up-to six months from Generation Services Commencement Date if the Generator contracts with an external third party whereby the Generator does not require any on-going services of Simply Energy. 3.2 Simply Energy will work with the Generator to assist in optimal dispatch of the Generation that may include: (a) Liaising with the Generator and Contact Energy Xxxxx control room to support the dispatch of the Generator. (b) Transitioning the Dispatch Services over from Contact Energy to Simply Energy that may result in dispatch service fees and costs that will be managed on a transparent cost pass through basis.
Dispatch Services means the following: (a) 24-hour per day answering of emergency telephone lines, including, without limitation, 9-1-1 calls, for fire, police, and emergency medical service requests; (b) radio communications with responders regarding emergency and routine police matters;
