Dispatch Services definition

Dispatch Services means all services necessary for the Collin County Sheriff’s Office to receive calls for law enforcement service within the Volunteer Fire Department’s jurisdiction and to dispatch the Volunteer Fire Department’s law enforcement personnel in response to such calls.
Dispatch Services has the meaning assigned to such term under Section 4.1. “Effective Date” means January 1, 2019.

Agency expense for purposes of the computer-based software shall include the costs of the software package including ancillary integrations, installation, maintenance, and subscriptions.

  • The Mayor and Municipal Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a shared services agreement for EMS Dispatch Services as stated herein.

Related to Dispatch Services

  • Passenger Services means the Franchisee's railway passenger services as specified in any Timetable and/or Plan of the Day including those railway passenger services which the Franchisee may delegate or subcontract or otherwise secure through any other person from time to time in accordance with the Franchise Agreement;

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Network Services means the equipment, software, and services necessary to transmit voice, data, or video.
