Disposal Contract definition

Disposal Contract means (a) the grant of a disposition or other conveyance in re sp ect of the Agreement Development Subjects o r a ny part thereof (o ther than in re sp ect of an individual Residential Unit to a proprietor or proprietors for occupation as a private dwellinghouse), or any other contract or assignation therefor or thereof, and (b) the e ntering into of missives or other agreement for the same;
Disposal Contract means a contract or contracts mutually agreed upon by the Parties with respect to waste disposal or processing services to be provided by the Parties, in the forms attached hereto as Exhibit C and Exhibit D, as the same may be modified in writing by the Parties from time to time.
Disposal Contract means the real property purchase contract pursuant to Clause 5.1.
