Disposal Contract definition

Disposal Contract means (a) the grant of a disposition or other conveyance in respect of the Agreement Subjects or any part thereof (other than in respect of an individual Residential Unit to a proprietor or proprietors for occupation as a private dwellinghouse), or any other contract or assignation therefor or thereof, and (b) the entering into of missives or other agreement for the same;
Disposal Contract means a contract or contracts mutually agreed upon by the Parties with respect to waste disposal or processing services to be provided by the Parties, in the forms attached hereto as Exhibit C and Exhibit D, as the same may be modified in writing by the Parties from time to time.
Disposal Contract means (a) a disposition or lease in respect of the Application Site, or any part thereof, or any other contract or agreement effecting the sale, disposal, transfer or assignation thereof, and (b) the entering into of missives or other agreement for the same;

  • Each Seller shall assign to Buyer its undivided right, title and interest in and to the DOE Standard Spent Fuel Disposal Contract and shall provide the required notice to DOE within 90 days of transfer of title to spent fuel.

  • The Partners acknowledge that the Residual Waste Disposal Contract will include mechanisms to deal with changes in Legislation and to allow for changes by the Residual Waste Disposal Contractor or the WDA which if implemented under the Residual Waste Disposal Contract may have the effect of requiring a Review and change to the HWPA.

  • As soon as reasonably practicable after it is entered into, the WDA shall provide each of the WCAs with an electronic copy of the main body of the Project Agreement under the Residual Waste Disposal Contract and shall on request of any Partner provide that Partner with a copy of any of the SCHEDULES or ancillary documents to the Residual Waste Disposal Contract (subject to commercially sensitive information being omitted to the extent required by the Residual Waste Disposal Contract or by law).
