Disposing Trade Nomination definition

Disposing Trade Nomination shall have the meaning set out in the Network Code; “Dispute” has the meaning given in Clause 24.1;
Disposing Trade Nomination shall have the meaning set out in the Network Code; "Due Date" has the meaning given in clause 13;
Disposing Trade Nomination means a nomination submitted, in the manner required by the GRTgaz Rules and otherwise in accordance with ICE Endex Rules and this Part HH, by the Transferor to dispose of rights in respect of one or more lots of Natural Gas at the PEG operated by GRtgaz.

  • Acquisition Proposal has the meaning set forth in Section 5.03(a).

  • Superior Proposal has the meaning set forth in Section 5.09(a).

  • Technical Proposal means the Contractor’s Technical Proposal dated (Technical Proposal date).

  • Independent candidate means any candidate who claims not to be affiliated with a political party, and whose name has been certified on the office-type ballot at a general or special election through the filing of a statement of candidacy and nominating petition, as prescribed in section 3513.257 of the Revised Code.
