Dispositional order definition
Dispositional order means the order of the court made at a dispositional hearing regarding services to be provided to a child or juvenile. [Wis. Stat. §§ 48.355 and 938.355, Wis. Stats.]

Dispositional hearing means a hearing to determine the order of disposition which should be made with respect to a child adjudged to be a ward of the court;
Final Order means the final order of the Court in a form acceptable to the Company and the Purchaser, each acting reasonably, approving the Arrangement, as such order may be amended by the Court (with the consent of both the Company and the Purchaser, each acting reasonably) at any time prior to the Effective Date or, if appealed, then, unless such appeal is withdrawn or denied, as affirmed or as amended (provided that any such amendment is acceptable to both the Company and the Purchaser, each acting reasonably) on appeal.
Approval Order means (i) an order in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 2; or (ii) in the event of a timely objection to the motion to approve the Agreement that if sustained would reduce the full Settlement Amount available to pay Asbestos-Released Claims, an order in such form agreed to in writing by the Parties, entered by the Bankruptcy Court that (a) approves this Agreement, (b) authorizes the Parties to undertake the settlement and the sale of the Subject Policies as set forth in this Agreement, and (c) provides for the Injunction.
Disposition Date shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Subsection 5.1(d);
Sale Order means an Order of the Bankruptcy Court approving this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby, which Order shall be in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A, with such changes as may be consented to by Buyer (which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed) or as the Parties may mutually agree.
