Disproportionate Advance definition

Disproportionate Advance is defined in Section 2.5(e).
Disproportionate Advance shall have the meaning in subsection 2(a) hereof.
Disproportionate Advance means any Advance made by a Lender wherein the amount advanced is not in accordance with such Lender’s Pro Rata share.

Examples of Disproportionate Advance in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, all funds received or on deposit in the Concentration Account by 3:00 p.m. on any Business Day shall be applied to repay first any Disproportionate Advance and then any of Citibank's Revolving Loans outstanding at such time.
