Dispute Notice definition

Dispute Notice means a written notice served by one Party on the other stating that the Party serving the notice believes that there is a Dispute;

  • Within 7 days after service of a Dispute Notice, the parties shall confer at least once to attempt to resolve the dispute and failing resolution of the dispute to explore and if possible agree on methods of resolving the dispute by other means.
