Such dispute or claim shall be referred to a designated senior representative of each Party for resolution on an informal basis as promptly as practicable after receipt of the Notice of Dispute by the other Party.
In the event of a dispute, the Recipient must file a "Notice of Dispute" with the CDFA Agreement Manager, identified in Exhibit A, or designee within ten (10) calendar days of discovery of the problem.
